Digital books and courses: Because digital products are delivered immediately and can be accessed instantly after payment, they are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Events: If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for cancellations by the attendee may be considered up to a defined period before the event, at the organiser's discretion. Physical books: If a physical book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. How to request: Contact us with your order number and details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
